3M Primer 94, more commonly known among wrap installers, ...

At The Vinyl Clinic, we almost do not use this at all as we understand the destructive nature of this chemical when it bonds with your expensive or brand new factory paintwork.

Primer 94 is only used in areas where paintwork is worn, rough or on non painted surfaces such as putty or matte plastics. Good paintwork do not need this at all where thorough cleaning, removal of oil, grease, wax and grime, together with the right installation techniques without over stretching, ensures a proper vehicle colour change that last for years without lifting especially at deep concaved areas.

So before you put on that smile thinking of the couple of hundreds you are going to save from that installer that does your ride at a carpark, think about the paint peel, respray cost and valuable wasted time when you unwrap.

Say No shortcut wraps and more importantly, Say No to Primer 94 today.
